I don't understand your policy concerning comments....I don't think the employees at Yahoo do either. The other day, I attempted to post the following:

I am a Financial Aid Director at a university....non-citizen students typically do not get federal student loans because they don't qualify. Only citizens, US Nationals, or eligible non-citizens can get federal student loans. The majority of non-citizen students DO NOT get federal loans.
Please tell me how my comment goes against community guidelines?!
You can't because you don't even understand what your "community guidelines" are. What a pathetic company that Yahoo is. Sad, sad, sad.....
