Malware ads on Yahoo homepage

Please do a better job of screening ads for Yahoo homepage. I clicked on an ad on your homepage that immediately locked up my computer with an audio voice telling me to call their virus hotline and do not restart my computer. It was flashing lights and beeping like crazy at me but I restarted the computer to make it stop. The ad was text on the homepage inserted between other story headlines. I am now forced to activate my ad blocker on your homepage to prevent further corruption to my system. Thank you.

    There is no reason to have uncontrollable sound in ads on the front page. So inappropriate!

    See description. It's disingenuous and probably misleading to call this an opinion piece instead of an ad.
    And it's a stupid product.
    And your pictures are horribly misleading.
    And this was written a year ago!

    It is not helpful to have explicit advertisements appear while I am using yahoo to scroll through news stories.
