Cannot set recovery phone to a Norwegian phone (8 digits)
When I try setting the recovery phone to a Norwegian phone, like +47 **, it doesn't work, because it's only 8 digits after the country code, and the web site expects it to be 10 characters or more.
NB: All standard phone numbers in Norway are 8 digits.
