The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

I am about to ditch yahoo finance once and for all after using your product for approximately 20 years. I want a single screen with my stock portfolio ticker. You keep changing things and it get worse every time. Portfolio 2.0 SUCKS. And I don't what this latest change is. Your product is totally unusable. Yahoo Finance can be an example how to lose a customer base.

I had things setup the way I liked them and I could efficiently look at finance, news and emails.
It is hard to find a reason to continue to uses Yahoo with this format.
Please bring back the old format

By dropping My.Yahoo with out warning, I have lost all my bookmarked pages/ sites. The banner said a new Yahoo was on the way, I thought it meant a new Yahoo.com (main page) -- NOT that My.Yahoo was going be taken away. The stories shown on the new page interest me about 20% of the time. I have also lost all my other Yahoo grouped stories (Finance, Legal, etc) that DO NOT match what Yahoo has now placed as headers on the logged-in page. The only reason I now have to use Yahoo (logged-in) is check my e-mail. I didn't have to back-up my bookmarked pages until now, so I have to do that.

I was dependent on the previous my.yahoo.com that I used 20 times a day. I have had this Yahoo ID since the inception of Yahoo. Why would you want to upset people like me? Put it back the way it was or I'll have no choice but to leave Yahoo after more than 20 years.

A compromise, keep the new page but offer My Yahoo as a page 2 or any way you choose for us to go there after viewing your new offering. Some will like the new offering simply because they visit it every day to get to My Yahoo. I have wished for years that additional offerings would be available in My Yahoo. Ya know, you can get us to read the new page if the carrot at the end of the stick is MY YAHOO! Reading the feedback here, I see you succeeding with your new page while keeping a wealth of loyal MY Yahoo customers. If done now, this will work for you and us.

The old My Yahoo had everything I needed. I used the bookmarks for banking, paying bills, medical sites, shopping, entertainment, etc. I had multiple cities' weather. My personalized newsfeeds. The new format is worthless without personalization. By the way, thanks for the heads up regarding the change with no deadline. I had to redo all my bookmarks. I didn't realize I'd have no access to them once you deleted and changed your format for the "New and Improved" Yahoo with "everything i need"! Those looking for a new homepage, check out protopage.

Yes, how about a compromise? Give us the page you want us to see and then allow a page 2(or however you wish to get us to our favorite page. That being the customizable My Yahoo we all love so much. You get us to stay with Yahoo and the new Yahoo while we get what we want. Net-Net, you don't loose a large part of your base. Do it!

Seeing as how you're not going to give us back the My Yahoo home/start-up page, how about giving us back the "Bookmark" section?

New Yahoo Sucks! Where are my apps and news feeds I WANTED, not yahoo's idea of what they think I want. Why reinvent the wheel??? If it works...Leave it alone.

Why fix something that isn't broken? The old home page was a convenient way to consolidate a variety of data that was important and relevant to me: stock market, weather, Yahoo mail, news headlines. That's all gone and you cannot edit the format of the "new" layout. I'm looking for a solution that lets me do this.

Congrats! By removing access to My Yahoo, you have eliminated the only reason to use Yahoo at all. Pure genius. The new page is worthless. Please bring back My Yahoo.

How can i get yahoo classic layout back? It is infinitely better. I was able to keep "classic" until very recently and now Yahoo has pushed a terrible UI version. Please give us the option to go back to a more efficient, better layout, information dense version. How do I do it? ty, Jeff
