The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format

Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

Not only have we lost our homepage, when I went to Yahoo to ask about support I have to pay for it. It really is time to leave. What ever possessed you all to do something like this? Is it really worth loosing long established customers? Evidently it is.

With My Yahoo now discontinued, there is no reason to continue with this search engine. Brilliant minds you have in management. What a ******** move. It's now the same as it was twenty years ago. I know, I was a user then. Your management team was probably just being potty trained back then. With this new format in place of "My Yahoo" thinking that's what all users would want, I think you all are still in pampers. Way to go Yahoo!!!!!

I have been using yahoo as my home page and financial portfolio for years. The latest changes have made reading them difficult and unenjoyable. I find myself going to MSN a lot more often and will change my homepage is this current layout remains.

Why does Yahoo always fix thing that aren't broken? This new home page and the finance home page are both dreadful and very hard to read. They are far too busy and I now find myself going to MSN just to read news.

Somewhat the same story here, excepting I am 81 and set up my My Yahoo over 35 years. Somehow in a Yahoo change, I lost the account (could no longer log in same password/email. Couldn't talk to anyone at Y, tried feedback and received virtually worthless info to recover the acct.
Set up a new account using a new user name. Lost all bookmarks, favorites, comments history. Here we are some 30 years later; this time I don't have the option to set up a new My Yahoo as you have canned the most popular feature at Yahoo. I feel like the 90-year-old lady above. It has caused quite a bit of stressful anxiety in loosing something so helpful and useful. If you are never going to bring it back, at least incorporate it into the new yahoo. -

I need to know if content from My Yahoo can be recovered. I had set up My Yahoo as my parent's homepage long ago. My mother is now lost because aside from news and weather, the feeds to sites (church, recipes, organizations, etc.) that she went to are gone. It was her gateway to the online world and at 90 she can't figure this all out. Is there any way to see what content was on there - a screenshot maybe - so that I can set up bookmarks for her?
I realize that the desire to provide a more modern Yahoo experience was well-intentioned, but to burn it all down so quickly was foolish if you have any regard for UX. Any chance of you helping?

Whoever decided to change your format should be fired immediately! Fire him, then change back to old format. If this **** does not get changed back, I will start looking for new homepage.

The new Yahoo is HORRIBLE! Epic fail. I want my old MyYahoo back. Where are the stories within the set of topics and sources I selected and arranged? Where are my stocks? My weather cities? Instead, an endless scroll of random stories and topics?? This new Yahoo is being deleted from my bookmarks/favorites. Useless.

Wow, Yahoo! Way to destroy an incredibly successful platform. I will also add my great displeasure for the new page. Instead of using AI to push me content, I much preferred setting my own. I daily used my.yahoo.com because I had an all-in-one place to go for news/sports content, universal desktop shortcuts, financial stock and mutual fund tracking and email. So it is with regret that after 25 years as having yahoo as my go-to home page I like many others on this page will be leaving Yahoo.com behind.

The homepage needs to be something that can be managed by the user. If I cannot select or change what is on my homepage it is worthless. Let the user design the layout and select the content that is relevant to them
