I HAVE READ OVER 15 PAGES OF COMPLAINTS TO YAHOO AND YET YAHOO HAS APPARENTLY DONE NOTHING TO FIX COMPLAINTS. WHY?

I have had to move spam emails that I want completely blocked into my inbox first then go into options and put the spam address into the BLOCKED ADDRESSES but I STILL get spam email from the same addresses that I have already blocked. I get almost 200 spam in 2 days. This is RIDICULOUS AND *********.

Same here. I have blocked numerous addresses and I am still getting email from them. It is going into my spam but that should not matter if it is spam or my inbox. The address is BLOCKED so it should be just that, blocked, no matter where the email goes.
