Putting the "Recover Account" option on the login page
I was doing my research on Google and Google says that some or most email providers have a "Recover Account" option on their login page and thought Yahoo should do the same thing when other people are looking for their old email accounts that are deactivated and it would save Yahoo time and the less messages and phone calls they are going to get.

Hi there! Sorry to hear about the issue. All the recovery methods that can be used for Yahoo accounts can be obtained by going through the "Forgot Password" flow.
