You are an absolute failure of an email service. Over a decade of my emails with friends, now deceased relatives, schoolwork, and who knows what all deleted by your shady practices without even the courtesy of an email to my backup account. I will be switching all my accounts to use other email addresses and I sincerely hope you go bankrupt as you have totally betrayed the trust of your longterm users.
