You need better processes to mute people. I will try to mute someone, they get muted for about 15-40 seconds, then you bring them back. I think you do this to keep American's divided and fighting. This is not a one time thing. This has happened at least 100 times to me in the last month. I think the equitable thing to do is to repost this everytime I have mute the same person again. It just happened six more times on one person. So I hope you correct your error quickly. The longer it takes, the more it reinforces my opinion that you are doing this on purpose.

After three errors, you took me to another feedback page that wanted me to choose a topic, like sports, finance, beauty, etc, but no one was an selection for your #1 feature, being able to leave comments and mute people. You people are trying to drive your readers nuts!
