In Fantasy Football Prize League for Guillotine I think this would work great. A Guillotine Autodraft $5 game could be added. This format could involve ranking your players in each position separately (guaranteeing you have a starting lineup for week #1) and randomly select the draft order for each position. The original draft would only include filling half of your bench positions and free agency would allow the completion of your team and using your free agency draft funds being part of that process. You could call it the "$5 Weekly Chop" and you would pay league prizes taking out the Yahoo % to make your profit.

Like you currently run the Guillotine leagues the number of teams in each league would reduce each week, but new leagues could start each week. I believe players would sign up multiple times each week and all season long. You might consider starting this now and invite current Guillotine players to try it out this season so more people learn about your great new league format.
