This new Yahoo Mail UI team blows. Since making yahoo classic unavailable, I don't even want to look at the new layout as its terrible. Did ai make these changes?? Contrast off, compact view looks like it was made for my grandparents. What's the deal, users that have been happy with the format for decades now have to reconsider using another email service.

Why do you people change the email preferences if it ain't broke don't fix it 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I don't like the way your email look is now at all it's harder to find what in need!

For those of us who see email as a necessary tool, forcing new changes does not sit well. We've been with yahoo for quite awhile and spent time setting it up as we liked. Then you scrambled that, giving us YOUR ideas on the main page, (very seldom read or even glanced at) and not necessarily what we were interested in. One size 68 underwear does not fit all of us. Making changes without options to continue as we were, doesn't pass the smell test. We stuck with you last time. But Yahoo has made it very easy to begin looking at options their competitors offer.

Please change it back so I can have my own background, mainly the blue which is good on my eyes - that black or white choice is no good for me, please consider and give more option, you all have taken the fun out of yahoo mail.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the recent update of Yahoo Mail.
Ever since the update, the platform has become incredibly slow and completely unresponsive. Even worse, emails are literally disappearing from my inbox, which is absolutely unacceptable for an email service.
If you lack the competence to run a basic email platform properly, you should just shut it down and open a butcher shop instead.
Fix these issues immediately.

I WANT MY MAIL SERVICE RESTORED TO CLASSIC MAIL

I hate the new mail look and your last 'Update' was an epic failure. I do not consent to the change. I want a mail system that works not some useless junk designed for a 3 year old. This new design is garbage.

I do not consent to or agree to any changes in my mail service. I will only use classic mail.
DO NOT THREATEN TO CHANGE, OR FORCE A CHANGE, TO OUR MAIL SERVICE AGAIN.

Many years ago the design of the mailbox was nice, I could select various designs like green with plants or with car or with something else, it was very nice and when i was looking at my mailbox tab I was feeling good, then you changed it to just ugly colors, I was very frustrated, I chose an ugly green color (ugly compared with the previous design). Now I just asked your chatbot, which is, by the way, is unable to give understandable clear instructions) and it told me that there are no options in the new design to choose a background picture/color. Why are you doing this? Who asked you about changes? I did not. I want those background pictures back. I am your user and this is my request. Why are you gradually degrading the desing making it soulless and ugly? This is not an improvement, this is degradation.

Give us the ability to switch back to the old Yahoo email or you will see customers going with a different provider.

GO BACK AND RESET EVERY THING TO YAHOO CLASSIC MAIL!!!!!!!!!

go back to basic

Bad mornings,
here's a ******* suggestion. STOP ******* CHANGING MY GOOGLE TAB WITH A PRETTY BACKGROUND TO YOUR UGLY AHH PURPLE YAHOOO! ****. I AIN'T TRYNA YAHOO! NO **** STOP IT.

I would love to see Yahoo bring back a modern version of Yahoo Messenger, especially its public, interest-based chat rooms.

Yahoo Messenger offered something that many of today’s social media and messaging platforms do not: a simple way to enter a room based on a topic, interest, language, or location and naturally meet and talk with new people from around the world.

A modern version could combine that original experience with today’s standards for privacy, security, moderation, voice/video communication, and mobile access.

I believe there may be significant interest among former Yahoo Messenger users, while a redesigned version could also introduce a new generation to this kind of online community.

I would also encourage Yahoo to survey its users to measure interest in bringing back Yahoo Messenger and Chat Rooms.

Return to classic e mail.

I HATE HATE THIS FORMAT GIVE ME BACK MY FORMAT IM SWITCHING TO GMAIL

This version sucks. Much harder to view, find what I am lookin for, simply dont like

my idea is go back to your old site, this new one is very messed up, confusing, unfriendly,
people should have a say in their site listing.
this one keeps me from wanting to use yahoo email...................... i find myself going else were to do my emails.
please return your old site..................................

Go back to the old format.

This new mail appearance makes it sooooo hard to organize and review my email! I need it clean, clear, and organized by date. I absolutely hate this new look. WHY and WHO thought this was a good idea?? Give us the choice to go back!
