Unclosable Apple Ad
The fact that I cannot close that Apple ad is extremely annoying and has now officially pushed me away from Yahoo! permanently.

Seriously?!?!?!? It's 11/16/2015 and the un-closable apple ad that has been under review for months is back!?!?!? What exactly happens when something is under review? Do you negotiate for more money from apple??? I've had it with yahoo and it's advertising!!!

This one has to be the worst. Jams up everything just like the others. And that "close" button on the others is useless. Click on a story, come back to home page and it's right back up there. Ridiculous.

Please remove that horrible Apple ad or at least give us users the option to kill that dumb Apple ad that is spamming my homepage... Extremely annoying!!!
Nothing better than seeing that ad for something that I'll NEVER own replaying any and every time I open my homepage.
It sucks because it comes up and takes up a lot of my screen (and slows down my connection). -

Wow....Todd posted this nearly a year ago....and the comment shows "under review". Ranked at 5th. Apparently Yahoo does not care about us.

I agree...Apple ads are completely annoying and aggravating. At least most Ad Choice ads can be minimized.
I HATE Apple ads...and Apple in general for that matter.
It is enough to consider moving to MSN

People are so annoyed with the half screen banner ads that you went and smeared them everywhere, sports, finance etc. You obviously do not care about the people who use your site. You also have a large number of sponsored ads mixed in with your news it is almost not worth even reading it.

It's not just the apple add it's all of them. I get so many pop up adds that they lock up my computer. I have since changed my home page to google after using Yahoo since selecting home-pages became an option. Google has adds but my computer keep working and I can click through the ads and continue reading the news. The selection of garbage that Yahoo now posts as news is my 2nd reason for switching. I just don't care what Taylor Swift is doing today. But I am interested in who the next president might be, who is bombing who in the middle east and what the business climate is from day to day.

Search engine is too slow due to ads; I've chose to go with Bing much faster and less ads.

There are several ads like this. I vote that you not allow these ads so that you do not alienate your loyal guests.

Oh geesh! And now it's Amazon? Give it a rest already! Even hard copy magazines and newspapers were smart enough to not make an ad the first page and repeat it over and over! STOP IT!

After an ad displays for over 30 seconds and we do not click on it you might realize the pitch failed and allow us to minimize it. After all the advertiser wants us to click on the ad for them to continue their pitch. If we are unable to minimize an ad the pitch has a negative impact for the receiver. Those of us who are not already sold on the Apple brand may end up disliking them even more that we might already be inclined to do so.
