Answers.com sponsored ads are loaded with viruses. I used to love Yahoo news, now I hate it.
Yahoo news is getting worse by the day. I understand Yahoo needs to turn more profits, but linking to sites like Answers.com is just going to **** people off, not line your pockets.

Polluted with intrusive pop up ads and horrible formatting. Have to scroll all over the page to navigate to the next page. Takes forever to see an entire article. Between the ads and the formatting, I used to give up after a couple of pages. Now I just never click on Answers articles.

I don't mind ads at the top of the home page. Some of them I actually look at. But there should always be an option to close them. If you click on a Close button that IS provided and it doesn't close the ad, not only is that frustrating for the consumer - it amounts to deceptive advertising. Please stop allowing it!

All there is on the page is ads and it freezes up so much a person gets bored waiting for it and leaves the page anyways. It is horrible and not very informative.

How about asking for a “Source” button on the “more of this” or “less of this” options so everyone can get more of what they want? ( One that actually works well . ) As far as malware goes it helps to use a scrip blocker on your browser and be very selective on what sites you allow to run scrips. It makes some sites not worth the 'active permission' work but saves you having to fix problems later.

It's hard to believe you have any concern at all for my system security when you do things like team up with Answers.com. My e-mail keeps doing wrong things, the upgrades to it were actually downgrades, this is a paid account that I only still use because I'm lazy, the cover page is all covered with newsation stories, not much news, the news selection feature is idiotic because if I try to add more science stories it actually adds more celebrity stories, which I HATE, and that's on top of Yahoo's always horrifying and amusing comments sections. I have noticed that when someone flags a comment as racist or inappropriate, Yahoo blocks it from appearing in that user's feed, rather than block it for real. I have noticed that in the past, Yahoo recycles some comments from one article to another. This isn't professionalism. I know you can do better. I know there are people on your staff who are creeped out by this. Do better.

I live in a community where Verizon reigns, and downloading a lot of extraneous **** costs me dearly because of my internet cap. I love to play "Skyrim" but I cannot play it online because of my cap.
I have no other provider, so I', f'ed. -

Don't even go to Answers anymore. It's just bait to get you to labor through cheap ads that take forever to load. Get ride of the Huffington Post and anything to do with the Kardashians.

The Apple Air ad on the Yahoo home page can't be closed & contains no "AdChoices" option, which I thought was now required. I generally like Apple products, but that favor diminishes each time they shove their advertising down my throat.
