Answers.com sponsored ads are loaded with viruses. I used to love Yahoo news, now I hate it.
Yahoo news is getting worse by the day. I understand Yahoo needs to turn more profits, but linking to sites like Answers.com is just going to **** people off, not line your pockets.

You folks are FOOLS, all your comments on the APPLE ads are NEGATIVE yet you still are trying to force them down YOUR CUSTOMERS throats. ENOUGH, I for one am in the process of switching my server, even though it is a PAIN **********. Your AD Philosophy SUCKS!!!!!

If you aren't going to remove these ADS because we said we didn't like them, then don't give the opportunity to make the deletion. WASTE of time, Just like Yahoo.
Can't find the instructions AGAIN on how to detach Yahoo from Verizon. Shame on me for not saving the pageAds with no relevance are the supreme turnoff

Been a yahoo user since win 95 was introduced I can't stand that an ad takes up 1/3 of my laptop screen even if I can close it is annoying. Don't know how much longer I'm going to stay loyal to Yahoo. Thinking of changing to Goggle.

I absolutely hate these Apple ads, I don't want nor can I afford the Watch. I'm sure Apple is paying big bucks to keep us from closing the ad. However, it is very annoying to have these ads take up so much room on my home page. Please stop this....

Seriously.... It's always Apple too. It takes up the entire page, and I am not able to minimize it like other ads.

When ever I go to Yahoo page and see Apple, Car Ads,, etc I just sign off and to to other services and check back in a day or two to see if it is still there and if so sign off again.

Unless you can give a way to close the adds that I do not want to view you will loose me as a customer. There are times when I can see the "Close Add" link. Too bad it does not work all the time like on certain ads.

Honey, Use AdBlock or AdBlock Plus or AdBlock Pro. They are all FREE and work perfectly. The devs ask for a donation but it's not necessary. Although I did donate after using it because it works so well and is customizable.

You are very right about many of the sites here on Yahoo. Full of bugs/and possible virus's. There are serious certificate errors all over Yahoo that IE picks up on.

Do you realize how long that really annoying Apple ad takes to load on a slow DSL connections? A really really long time, and then the stupid thing wont go away and reloads when return to Yahoo home page. Switching home pages very soon unless this changes.

I was trying to read an article on Yahoo News and ads appeared on the right. I don't mind ads but I don't want them on top of the article. There was no way to close the ad so I could read.

A 1/3 page ad at top of screen is merely annoying when I can close it, but Apple ad that I can't close & stays there crosses the line.
Please remove this Now -

I'm done with yahoo due to the "fake" news. These ads that masquerade as news are simply appalling. I'm making Google News my new home page. Yahoo is no longer relevant. Considering you were my home page since 1997, this is kind of a big deal.
Best of luck Yahoo. I hope you see the error of your ways and do something to win back the trust of your once loyal users. -
