this is a comment, not a suggestion
i'm just here to tell you that i'm no longer going to use yahoo because of your decision to pull comments, despite the fact that everyone surveyed expressed a desire to have them return. You don't care about our opinions, so i dont know why you even asked. You have every right to decide what to allow on your site. We have every right to stop using it.. and that's what we're doing.

It's very disgusting that you have decided to play the "censorship" card, in what is supposed to be a free speech country, as in the First A
It is very disgusting that Yahoo (Verizon) has decided to play the "censorship" card, in what is supposed to be a freedom of speech country, as in the First Amendment. This IS NOT a communist country, the last time I checked. There is no "politburo" in office. Why don't you start acting like this is the USA, instead of Soviet Russia. We have to put up with your advertising, put the comment section BACK ONLINE.

Suspend news comments
You can take away the news comments but you can never silence the American people. Go to **** Yahooo!!!
-
You are listening I doubt it.
If your writers are going to write then we the reader should be able to get in touch with them through yahoo, about what they write especially when it is not factual and just an opinionated story of their view

Has anybody found the COMMENTS YET?
I seem to have misplaced the COMMENTS can you help find them? The COMMENTS are my salvation to the world's problems.

Prediction
"Comments" will resume right after election. Yahoo's Progressive/Socialist PROPAGANDIST'S don't want the overwhelmingly negative comments on their all out efforts to defeat President Trump with their spin, lies & lack of journalistic integrity.
-
Please return the comments after we've removed that nit wit from the Whitehouse in November
I understand that the landslide of negative opinions concerning that dunderheaded president seemed unfair but please return the comment ability when we dispose of him in November.

You've susspened commenting? Why? because your reporting is misdirecting and wrong? you posted a video that proves it!
"A Trump boat is seen speeding past a sinking boat"....In the video the "Trump Boat" was coming TO the sinking boat to try to help! Along with two other "Trump Boats" Lies and misdirection then shutting down comments. Your news is garbage.

Opinion censorship is wrong
Opinions should be allowed. Words are each individuals right, if they are nasty we do not like it but we need to know its there. Some people will never be civil. Do we shut them out?No we have the opinion section.

How long are you going to suppress feedback? Until the elections are over?
Censorship of Viewpoint Diversity

Fake Survey
It's obvious Yahoo is using this fake "survey" to silence people prior to an election. How long with this charade last....November 4th? I thought Yahoo was an American company that respected American values like free speech but then again their headquarters is located in California.
-
Still no comments? How much has viewership dropped? Going to keep it up until Nov 4th?
hope the loss of ad revenue was worth it. And Biden still won't win.

Comment section removal
I certainly hope that prior to removal of the comments section everybody at Yahoo had all mirrors removed at work and at home. Why? One look and you'd be confronted with an anti-democratic, anti- free speech, cynical partisan.
How anybody who was not at their core an anti-democrat (little "d") could support a policy which encourages far left "articles" one after another in heaps and the removal of any and all dissenting voices could possibly rationalize that decision, is completely beyond me.
Ever since I have had an e-mail account I have been using Yahoo. Changing my e-mail at this…

What good does it do to read Yahoo when they dont want you to be heard?
Oh I see,....yeah,... let's silence the majority so Yahoo can help put a liberal in the White House. Anyhow, I will be voting for TRUMP, this time all because of Facebook, Yahoo, liberal biased views and sticking their nose in something that's going to come back and burn them sooner or later. BTW It'll be a cold day in **** before I ever vote Democrat again, and I have primarily voted Democrat in my life, but no way on Joe and Ho.

Please combine votes on suggestions that are basicly the same
Trying to do a little research on your suggestion feedback noticed that many of the top ranked appear to be quite old complaints and more recent actions causing complaints were split among many different posts that were gaining support. The posts ranked 57 66 71 77 83 87 91 100 101 109 111 118 were all against your recent removal of comments on your articles while those ranked 53 and 68 concisely suggested removal of comments on articles.

Here is a really new idea, when you have several different posts of same idea count them together.
Currently the trouble is that yahoo has removed comments on articles, your first 2 pages of feedback are mostly the same idea about this, rather than count the votes on all these similar posts separately combine the vote count to make this problem come to the top of your list of things to listen to,please.
