Left and Right side of page.
Make the whole, story - including any pics go down the Left side of the page (instead of those terrible next, next, next deals that makes everyone STOP reading your stories or worse yet...... not even click on your stories anymore (like me).... and all the ads go down the Right side.

Monitor and Remove Comments!
It is high time you all at Yahoo, monitor the comment sections. It is absolutely appalling the amount of hateful speech that is allowed on your threads. If it were a few comments, I could understand, but I would guess at least 70% of comments show EXTREME and BLATANT biases on race, gender issues, political affiliations, etc.
And it is NOT ENOUGH for you to suggest to users to report the incidents themselves or ignore or block such comments. It is your responsibility to allow diversity of opinions and free speech, while unapologetically banning any kind of hate speech.

It’s now longer journalism it’s opinionisum. And a great deal of the writings is so bad. The average reader is leaning a bad version of English. -
When you choose "See less of...", you should actually see less of that. Not the same amount.

I swear a lot... but when I open your homepage and one of the first words I see in a picture of a tweet is '*******'. I don't feel that is appropriate. What if my child popped on to do some research and that is the first thing he sees?

Do some actual reporting of news rather then parroting big brother
How about putting real news up rather then parroting the establishment! Do some research and put true information up that the other sources won't tell us. Like how the recent court decision decided that the police have NO reason to "serve and protect" us, but are only there to protect the government. Or how the CDC has stated that the flu shots are useless. Or how they track effectiveness by if 100 people don't get the shot then 3 will get the flu; if all 100 get the shot only 1.5 will get the flu, thus claiming a 50% decrease…
