Have a help section where you can really get help when what it says DOES NOT WORK. An agent or other ways to get help instead of having to try every option that does not work or does not help with the problem your looking for help for.

User Research form is non-existent.
At the top of this page we are asked if we wish to participate in User Research studies for Yahoo Homepage. To do so we are asked to click a link to fill out a form. The problem is that the link leads to a web site for sale. Filling out the form gets you a price quote to buy the site. Nothing at all about user research studies. Could Yahoo be any more incompetent?.

Why is my yahoo homepage in german?!?!
I am NOT german, I do NOT speak German, I do NOT live in Germany, nor do I plan to go there any time soon. ALL my settings are for english, why do YOU always change it to german?!?! STOP!!!

comments section, why does it go away when i click on it
your comment section will show 108 comments, but when I click on it nothing is there, Guess I will find another news page, change my email and move on if you do get get this resolved soon. Oh by the way you new home page format,,, not liking it.

Not paying for simple customer care
Yahoo has forced me to turn on two step verification in order to get in any of my Yahoo accounts I have to first verify the account which Yahoo has to in turn send me a code to verify the account. The problem is the codes are not being sent out and when you attempt to call customer service it's now a premium service that you have to pay for. So Yahoo is simply extorting us for our own accounts.

My account got hacked and shut down
I keep lost my emails, after I inquired Yahoo, my account got totally shut down. Customer service charge even charge us for that, is this the way Yahoo made money?

My Notepad lost all its formatting today, on all three of my devices and all my browsers......
Today my Notepad lost all its formatting, in all my files. They are all just one big blobby mess. I checked all three of my devices and both my browsers and the problem was on all of them. I painstakingly re-entered the line breaks and paragraph breaks on a few of the files and Saved them, and then, when I reopened them, it was all gone again. What happened? And how do I get it back? I have relied very heavily on Yahoo Notepad for quite a few years, have many files on it and would be ruined without it.
