Nowadays, it seems as if people are always having problems with certain applications or programs. In today's society it is easy to use automated voice systems when dealing with customer support issues. I feel that it would be to your benefit to reduce the amount of automated voice and replace it with a real human being when people call about problems that they are having. I understand that you do use real people in certain customer support instances, but it takes a long time before actually being connected to a human. I once needed help with my yahoo account because…

Can you stop loading all news stories under the one i want to read. And stop the auto play music garbage also.
STOP it with the auto play music already. If i click on a story i want to ready, i have to shut off the music or broadcast of 5 other stories i care nothing about! STOP AUTO PLAY GARBAGE!

Unable to Access Yahoo Mail
My company blocks access to sites outside the US. I'm assuming I'm being sent outside the US to access my Yahoo email account and am unable to access the login page. I get a "This site can’t be reached" error message. Thought you should know so you can better partition where customer services are originated.

HEY, I ALREADY READY THROUGH ALL YOUR 'HELP'. NOTHING WORKS! Can I actually get some REAL customer support? You're a multi-billion dollar entity -- surely you can afford a few agents who actually COMMUNICATE with people.
y nickname/displayed has changed to my real name. No changes work.
Suddenly name real name is appearing on all my comments. I tried changing my first name, still doesn't change. My nickname hasn't changed. What is going on?

Your sign-in helper is a catastrophe. I cannot resolve a simple issue, and there is no way to send a mail to get help from anyone
As a customer I am extremely frustrated of your horrible support. Are there any support personnel in this organization AT ALL?
My wife doesn't remember her Account password.
Her email account is working and valid. I know this, because her iOS built-in Apple email program can fetch emails. (not the Yahoo app), but unfortunately she does not remember the password.Furthermore, she has access to her recovery email address, but no matter how many times we tried, it does not send an account key.

Better start giving your support E-Mail Address. As someone is using your name for there business. What the heck is wrong with you guys. Can't even contact you to let you know something is going on in your business???? That or get a 1-800 number. No wonder Yahoo is going still down the toilet.
