Vet adverts for fraudulant web sites adverting goods for sale
I bought a workbench from an advert on your site, Reods.com. It appears to be a scam as nothing has arrived after 4 weeks and they don't respond to queries.
How can you let firms advertise products for sale on Yahoo without checking them out to make sure they are genuine? The fact that they advertise on a reputable website acts as an endorsement that they are trustworthy does it not?
An explanation would be appreciated

How about getting your advertisements for paid reports out from the middle of my "watch list" and "following list"! If I haven't subscribed by now, I probably won't. The missing block out of my watch list is annoying. I used to be able to click and view my stocks....now I have to hit a button to "see all"! It's a cheesy campaign to convert viewers and distracting.

Yahoo prompting for Profile 2.0
I have been getting prompts and lead-ins for Yahoo Profile 2.0. Seems nice that you have new ideas in mind. When I attempt to follow the instructions for sign-up, I always get stopped at Currency: USD with no option for my home currency of CAD! There doesn't seem to be a way to stop the ads and I don't expect you have plans to do this, for CAD accounts. See the problem??

Too much spam
Message boards are unreadable because of all the spam. The sites, the crypto, the "Trade with Ms. Jenny" spam, should be easy to block, but now, with the new format, the spam is still there.
Thus the message board experience is negative.
Get rid of spam. You're a high-flying tech company, figure it out.

Occasionally an ad will appear among the various news notices under a particular stock chart that is interesting looking. Last year (2022) there were two instances when clicking on an ad resulted in a full page message appearing on my screen along with a voice saying
"caution, your computer has just been taken over, do not attempt to turn off or unplug it but call or go to...."
Of course this was a fraud and just by turning off my computer for several minutes everything was back to normal.
However... already this year (2023) this intervention has happened to me… -

When you have an article that you have to pay to read, it should be listed as paid advertisement
Put paid advertisement next to articles that you must subscribe to a service in order to read the article. Stop wasting peoples time going to articles that we can't read without paying. Let us know upfront and I can decide.

I am getting ads with incredibly stupid headlines in german that translate to:
"See how here how expensive Greta Thunberg is"
With a photoshopped picture showing her behind the steering wheel."That's Greta Thunbergs wealth, its very shocking"
"Eglis (not very famous singer) car has cost millions. That's how it looks like"
I downvoted those apps for more than half a year. Obviously the algorithm is not that clever.
Those ads are making me angry. Yahoo finance hasn't the right audience for such primitive ads, I guess.

please indicate stories from Market Watch as ads, as they require you to pay a monthly fee to access their stories. It is clearly a scam to get you to sign up, and should be marked clearly as an ad. There are others too, but Market Watch is the worst!!

When a company or bot posts something 2-3 times daily - and is reported every time - (an ad for another site) - why is that not automatically rejected?
