Price alerts via browser
Desktop browser is missing the price alert feature. This idea was posted over 2 years ago with a lot of support, but not implemented. The ios app has it and it works beautifully. We need it on the desktop!

Personal reminder based on price or % change
A personal price "reminder" feature would be nice (with date stamp and a note)- remind yourself when it would be a good time to buy or sell based on price or % change without having to place an actual order.

Provide the way to customize the name for linked broker accounts.
When an user has more than one account into the same broker, YODLEE , the third party Yahoo uses to link the account, doesn't provide the nick names of full names, so mustly we see just the name of the broker then it's too hard to identify the account in Yahoo. Just provide a way to customize names for linked broker accounts.

Support bond portfolios
I park a substantial portion of my portfolio in bonds that I purchase through my online broker. Although bonds don't have the exciting minute-by-minute price changes that drive web traffic, they do represent a large amount of money that makes money. Would you consider supporting bond investments? Features should include bond due date, yield to maturity at time of purchase, interest payments and redemption that returns to the cash pile.

copy holdings from one portfolio to the other
Need to be able to define which portfolio to import data to using the 'import' function. Today, you can export holdings from one portfolio but import only allows to create a new portfolio with all the relevant holdings. Need to allow users to define 'to which existing portfolio' these holdings will be imported into.

link chart dates to news of that day
On a chart - right click for menu with an option to scroll down to news for that day. Yahoo already provides news so just link points in chart to news on that day. Suppose there's a huge drop at a particular point. It would be really, REALLY nice to (right-) click on that drop and scroll down to news items for that day-ish

Total Gain +728.90 (+2.05%)Showing the cash holdings and including it in the total portfolio value is nice. (i.e. $36,358.90) Thank you.
How about including the total current market value of the stocks be also included? I can go to the Performance plus screen and determine that amount, at the end of the chart line, which is nice, and please keep that feature. But also…

Financial Statement Export Enhancements
There are two enhancements which I believe would improve the utility of Yahoo Finance:
The ability to export a given financial statement (i.e. Income Statement) for multiple companies at once. For example, if I could compile a portfolio of companies (i.e. AAPL, MSFT, and NVDA) and request to have all three companies income statements exported as CSV. These income statements would all be separate tabs within the CSV file.
Another feature that came to mind exporting all three of the financial statements for a given company at once. For example, downloading the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash…

User experience became unbearable, too clutter, ads are literally attacking you during reading.
being using yahoo! finance for 20 years,
the user experience became so poor. literally every few seconds ads pops out and changing your point of focus on the screen. scrolling is destructed as well, too many low quality ads that disguised like real headlines. not sure its the most efficient way to monetize the website. Please do some rethinking here before its too late.

add which index a stock is included in, such as Dow, S&P 500, Nasdaq
when searching a stock, for example CRM, it would helpful to see which index it's is included in. in this case CRM is in Dow and S&P 500, but not Nasdaq.

I would like to pin the column headers so I can see them as I scroll my portfolio.
