2. Dollar and percentage change on app

3. Add email notifications to our forum responses

   I love Yahoo finance app, especially the conversation forum page.

   Can you please add a feature so when someone posts a question and a reply is given,

   An email is sent to the poster notifying them a response was given with a link to that response.

   Many forums are able to do this.

5. Show days range in mobile version of my holdings

   When you show the quote, in the same rectangle below it show the days trading range along with the price, $ change, and holdings value change so you don't have to click on another type of view to see that.

6. Stock price alerts

   I'd like to have a watchlist of specific stocks and designate a specific price for each one. When the market price reaches a specific target price, I'd like the option of 1) a pop-up message telling me that stock has reached that specific price, and 2) an e-mail alert with the same information. This feature should be available on both desktop and mobile versions of Y-F. Currently I have an Excel spreadsheet with each selected stock and a target price for each one, but I have to manually review my watchlist prices and compare against my spreadsheet targets. Having an integrated target alert feature would help those of us who don't have the time during the day to continue to monitor 25-50 stocks in a watchlist.

9. Key event links on chart

   Have a stock price chart with key event markers that, when clicked, show a summary of the event and provide a link to an article about the event.

   When researching a company, it helps to know the history of what has driven significant price changes in the past. A key event chart would make research a lot more efficient than sorting through ALL of the articles about a given company.

11. Portfolio Risk Tools

    I would love to see more risk reporting tools available for a portfolio.

    First, given a selection of stocks/ETFs/Mutual Funds in a one of my portfolios, I would like to see the aggregate performance and volatility over a historical period.

    Second, Yahoo Finance is one of the few sites that show Sector Weightings and top holdings for individual ETFs. I would like to see that information rolled up into my portfolios so I can see this information at the portfolio level. This way I can see if I am over or under-exposed to specific sectors depending on where we are in the business cycle. If I think we are approaching a recession, knowing my sector weights across my whole portfolio would be very useful and allow me to take steps to re-balance it.

    Third, I would like to be able to see the top holdings of my aggregate portfolio that holds ETFs and Mutual Funds (i.e. show the top stocks held indirectly in my portfolio through ETFs or mutual funds) so I can determine what my exposure is to any one company.

    Finally, Yahoo Finance kicks ***. Your FREE TV show runs in the background in my house from 9AM-4PM every day. Keep it up!

12. Screener : add 52weekRange to the filter parameter list

    In the screener : please add 52weekRange as a parameter to the filter list. 52weekRange =100*(Close-52WeekLow)/(52WeekHigh-52WekkLow)

    This will allow us to filter the results to get stocks close to 52 week high or lows.

17. A darker shade of green for Daily and Total gains in the iPhone App Please !!

    The light green text that shows the daily and total gains on the iPhone App for Yahoo! Finance is too light and hard to read against the light background. The same text on the Widget is especially hard to read. If a darker shade of green could be used instead, it would be much, much easier to read. The shade of green that is displayed in Chrome on the Yahoo! Finance website would be ideal.

18. Notify user BEFORE charging credit card upon free trial expiration

    Wouldn't it be great if a free trial didn't quietly turn into a $40/month charge without any notification whatsoever? I will let the below interchange speak for itself. A simple email notification "feature" would fix this. Pretty sure I won't be recommending Yahoo products to those around me anytime soon.

20. remove the volume bars from the chart

    It is not possible to remove the volume bars from the chart. I would appreciate if it is possible.

    if the price go down very fast the volume bars interfere with price candles.
