  1. change the msg boards

    Change the finance msg boards so hat the "Top reactions" show the ones with the most replies and the "Newest reactions" show the newest "message" whether or not it's a "reaction'.

    Better yet, take the message board back to the format that existed 3 years ago!!!!!!!

  3. Useful ichart yahoo finance API is so useful but looks like it's vanished

    ichart.finance.yahoo.com such a useful URL is vanished which was used by so many developers. Can we have it back please?

  4. Collaboration with Yahoo Finance

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    I am writing to see if Yahoo Finance would be interested in collaborating with my app, Invire.

    Invire is a mobile gaming app that allows users to create simulated stock portfolios to compete against other users in Daily, Weekly, or Monthly events. Once entered into an event, users will decide on how to allocate their budget and whether or not to diversify through different stocks. The most successful portfolios within each event will earn the most i-bucks (Invire’s form of mobile currency). As users earn i-bucks through competition they can redeem their winnings for real money.…

    At top of portfolio page add box to type in individual ticker symbol to get instant quote.

  6. total cost basis column in portfolio

    In portfolio "edit view" columns, there is no column to denote the total cost basis of the transaction. You only have cost basis (which is per share purchase price). It would be good to see total stock purchase value.

    1. Line from point -A- to point -B-

    2. Oblique line from point -A- to infinity

    3. Horizontal axis / line. Infinite at both ends

    4. Channel (two lines parallel to each other) oblique from point -A- to point -B-

  11. Have draw lines to be synced to Yahoo account so they can sync across the app and other computers.

    I draw support/resistance/trend lines on my computer, but it sucks that all that is stored on my 1 laptop. It would be great that if I log onto Yahoo with another computer or my android/iOS phone, I can view it. That will definitely help when I'm trading on the go.

    Add the ability to sort the day's earnings announcements by market capitalization. NASDAQ has this and its very very useful.

  14. Add current year EPS to portfolio custom views

    Portfolio custom views includes last year EPS (i.e. 2017) and next year EPS (i.e. 2019) but not the current year (i.e. 2018) making analysis of EPS trend difficult and or incomplete.

    Finance video's should have date and time under the title while viewing the video, I don't know how old the video is.

  19. I'd like to see more discussion around the Russell Two Thousand in your original programming.

    Include the Russell Two Thousand more frequently in your original programming (Market Movers, Midday Movers, Final Round) when discussing indexes. There are a lot of people that trade the Russell.

  20. WACC

    Hi all,
    it would be really great if you could provide that value along with other parameters (EPS, P/E, etc) as basically most of the stock valuation methods are based on WACC.
    It it not easy - you should work on countries and/or sectors and yield to maturity on gov't bonds but it is possible useful and funny. Just only many data to manage.
