Return to old format. Nothing in new format that provides information not available elsewhere, commonly more insightful. If it works don't fix it.

Display Notes content in new Portfolio 2.0
Was just pushed into the new "2.0" portfolio and it sucks! No apparent (or not easily found, which is just as bad!) way to display the values in the notes in the portfolio views. I used this extensively to know whether a holding was in my investment account or an IRA and now it's gone.

Make the "Enhanced" portfolio view fill the entire width of the browser on desktop so data is not hidden.
As of this morning (Sep 18, 2024) the "Enhanced" portfolio website view no longer spans the entire browser width on a desktop. This results in most of the columns being hidden and requiring scrolling back and forth to view the data. This makes the portfolio view almost useless. Yes I like the added data for asset and sector allocation, but not at the expense of the most important data which is the real time display of the stock data.

Stop complicating things
I wanted to voice my displeasure with the recent changes made to my portfolio view. From reading other's reactions on here, I see I am not alone. The presentation style from 2 months ago was perfect. Please change back.

Portfolios should use a font suitable for accounting
Portfolios currently use a font where digits like 1 use less horizontal space than others. This means that each column of values doesn't line up nicely.

2.0 Holding page is a Nightmare
2.0 is a disaster. In particular the Holdings page needs to be EXACTLY as it was before. If people want to customize they still have the option. I don't need to see if the position is open. prices need to be rounded. There's enough **** on the page as is. I have tried customizing but then I can't see all my lots. You've created a NIGHTMARE! It's not like people have liked it since the beta version. We complain yet you do NOTHING. Simple and clean. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL HOLDINGS PAGE without your so called improvements.

fractional
Bring back fractional shares for transactions in my portfolio.
I tried to enter new transactions in my portfolio, but I was prompted by the software to round my number of shares to a whole number. The system refused to process the submission with a fractional share count. My old transactions "remember" their fractional values. If I try to edit one of those values, I run into the same error. Fortunately, I can cancel the update and it will remember the old data. Fractional shares are required to accurately model my portfolio. I will have to shift to another platform if…

You can give the user the option- making it user friendly- to delete/rearrange the data columns in their portfiolio's. That would make it more relevant to each individual use. For example- I would prefer for quick refernces to only look at the number of shares/last price/change ($from the previous close/market value)/total cost/total gain- or loss- (in $ and %)

Portfolio page changes needed or go back to old version
Get rid of the side bar on the portfolio page. Takes up space and do not need to see it as you are on your portfolio. can look at on other pages like news. Lock header so if you scroll down, you know what each column is. If header moves off screen, then you must scroll up and down to figure out column name. Have portfolio page go from left edge to right edge of page. Do not need 2 inches of white space on both sides. Allows you to put more columns into your portfolio view.

Hello Yahoo Team,
Today I'm unable to view My Portfolios in Classic View.

go back to original format
Please let the users choose the format of the stock portfolio view. It doest't cost much. You already paid for the code that generates the data. All you have to do is keep it available. If its not broke don't fix it first rule of programming. I stopped using MyYahoo years ago because of bad formatting. Also I was not able to view your there and make you money on that platform That's why Yahoo value had dropped liike a rock. They don't listen to their customers. You remember Radio hack or Sears, think about it. You could be the…

I want my old portfolio page back. New one is terrible. Who at corporate thought this format was OK. If it ain't broke don't fix it. It cost you money and loses customers. You really paid some one to make this? I spent 20 years programming. This is a layout out a kindergartner would set up. O k why Yahoo was sold as cheap, they keep driving away scoutmasters with their poor changes
