Seems Total Returns just displays Dividend income. Total Gain just displays Unrealized Share price changes.

Omit low cap penny stocks from top gainers and losers
Stocks:Gainers and Stocks:Losers are pretty useless the way they are. Both lists are taken up with penny stocks with a 25-50% swing. But really, who cares? For example, today one of the top gainers was Rome Resources (RMR.V). It jumped from $0.18 to $0.27 on a volume of 8,383 shares. It has a market cap of $24MM. Whoop de doo. Who gives a s__t? Wasted home screen space.

Ads are a necessary evil, I get it, but when they become a distraction to my reading I leave your page or minimize it. That's counter productive to your intention I have other options but I do like the page layout, But not if it means I can't concentrate. I'll do elsewhere

Improve performance of the charts
The charts that YahooFinance uses have low performance compared to other competing websites (e.g. Marketwatch). I ran a JavaScript profile, and it seems that the code is using some polyfill from years ago although the technology has moved on. Please update the code, so we can have a smoother chart. Currently, the experience is very choppy even on high-end computers.

Put Futures back in the Market Data menu.

It is really sad, you used to have the best site, not now.
The new site is not an 'improvement' it is a big change. This is no longer a site that is useful for investors instead it has become a place holder for advertisements.

Put the site back to the way it was. It was much easier to navigate for commodities, foreign stock markets, currencies, etc on the original home page. Also having the list of my portfolio stocks on the home page is stupid since I normally access the alpha list with all the detailed info I have customized on the schedule. I assume there must have been some people who wanted change but the new structure is less friendly that the original.

Why did you change the format. I can't get some of the indices on the main page. You SCREWED it all up.
The way it was, was better. Why does some programmer that doesn't follow the markets always get to set the way he thinks the rest us should be happy.
