Downloading an attachment
When downloading an attachment, Yahoo scans to be sure it's safe. But as soon as the scan is complete, the download disappears. Please stop the auto disappear/minimize/whatever it's doing. The download does NOT go into my desktop download folder.

2 step verification? whats the point of 2 step login if after I've had to waste time login in getting OPT's for both text and additional mail accounts to login on my laptop and then i have to change my password and its to ******* similar to my old one... because it is my old one! ****. why have you made having an email forum so dam difficult.

RE: INVESTIGATION REQUESTED: Cyber Attack / Security Breach - 11/23/23 - PST Time ZoneI would like to request for a formal investigation into the YahooMail for this region as several messages that are being sent have multiple error date stamps and emails are not being sent or received despite YahooMail providing messages that emails were sent and received. Large delays of HOURS are occurring between date/time of "sent" messages, vs "received" messages. Changing or updating the settings feature that addresses this DOES NOT work in this region.

Yahoo mail freezes in safari desktop browser.
Not sure what updates were done, but yahoo mail using safari browser was never a problem until a few months ago. It works fine in Chrome browser but not sure why the page becomes non responsive. Safari 16.5.2 on Mac OS Ventura 13.4.1 (c). Please take a look!

Login steps and inefficient methods.
I am growing increasingly disgruntle about having to verify my password/secondary password/ phone number when I try to log in.
I enter my password then have to verify through an alternate email that I am me. THEN I have to have a text sent to my phone for me to enter a code onto another device or screen.
THEN once I am logged in, it asks me to verify the two alternate contacts are correct. I. Just. Used. Them. If I need another email address to log in, then why do I need an email address through Yahoo. I do…

can't access to email due to verification options are not longer available to me
I know my email address and password but I cannot access to my yahoo email since August. The 2 verification options are not longer available to me.
(My college email and my phone number used aboard few years ago).I tried to call your service centre but not succeed due to I am currently in China.

Can't open emails
How about having it work? There have been several times, including now, where I cannot open my emails. The "working" circle comes up but nothing opens. My internet is fine and other programs are working, except for Yahoo Mail. Help!!!!
