  1. stop making me confirm access on my phone

    Please stop making me use my phone in order ot access email on my computer. I don't have my phone with me all the time so you basically make me unable to check my own email. If you don't fix this I will have to change my primary email to my gmail...so I can actually USE it.

    Hi there,

    You’ll find the settings menu in the upper right corner of the screen. Note, depending on your screen resolution, you may need to scroll horizontally right to see it.

  4. give us back all the Setting Options

    this newest email took away the Settings Options, and the disposable address controls and the blocked address controls. That is a breach of contract, because we have paid for those features, and rightfully depend on those. Please give these back ASAP.

    Those settings are still available in Yahoo Mail. They are in the Settings or More Settings section (depending on what version of Yahoo Mail you’re using.)

  5. ALLOW US TO FULLY CHANGE, CONTROL OUR EMAIL ACCT.

    I signed up my acct a decade or two ago. Now for today's security issues, I want to hide my NAME but that is one field you do not allow us to change. Same with or our DOB. You should not do that in today's environment. Back then honesty was not a big issue as it is now. The only option you give me is to get rid of an email I have had for DECADES and get another one.

    You can increase the font size by zooming in on your web browser. Hold down the Control (CTRL) key and press the + key at the same time to make the text bigger.

  12. How do I change name on outgoing mail?

    Same as others here - FRUSTRATED that I have changed my name on account but old name still appears as sender on outgoing mail.

    Your suggestions to follow these links (https://forums.yahoo.net/t5/Yahoo-Help-Community/ct-p/english) DON'T WORK. There is no "Accounts" listed under the Settings icon.
    Why has nobody fixed this? Seems like it has been going on for years and years. I use this account for online shopping, and it's sketchy when I email companies about issues and my name doesn't match.

  15. Let us deactivate, change, delete or merge our primary email addresses

    let us change our email addresses or merge them, or let us keep the secondary address and delete the primary email address)
    My primary email is infected and I have never used it for a decade, it is just being spammed nonstop.
    Let me deactivate it at least without receiving any email.

  16. Multiple yahoo emails available to view under one account

    Ability to be able to view or manage multiple YAHOO emails under one general email account. You have the ability to view other server emails (google, outlook) but you can't add an additional yahoo email.

    Every time I clean my computer, I need to sign in.

    When I sign in, the drop down shows many email addresses, it doesn't show my yahoo address.

    If you’re clearing the cookies, saved form data, etc. from your web browser, then you will need to sign in again, as this information is saved withing your browser settings.

    You can always sign out of your account by hovering over your profile picture at the top and then selecting Sign Out.

    i have trouble with add mailbox yahoo, to my account, can u help me google?

    cause i see just 4 provider, google, outlook.com,aol, and other.
