how do you open your documents
Since the upgrade I find it harder to open documents. You need to attach a tab or click on the document to open "JUST LIKE BEFORE." Need to go back to the way it was. It was working just fine. I do not like this upgrade. How can I go back to the downgrade?

get rid of it
You can't improve it, it is too broken to fix now. I will be slowly migrating to a new eMail after this. Been here for 20 odd years? And this forced 'improvement' is more than I care to take.

after opening an email for inbox you click on move but the computer does not advance to the next email you have to close it. And more.
With the new yahoo mail they have neglected the customer offering P.O.M. instead they have deliberately gone out of their way to make things with a capital D as in Difficult. are you kidding me. The new email is very problematic and the layout is awful and your forcing people to more clicks of the mouse than before. I see your new mail format no longer allows us to report phishing scams, I guess you guys decided to enable scammers.
Yahoo would rather help scammers than provide good email service.

Account key should be dumped!! Allowing for a password should always be allowed. Never signed up for it on my old email. Retired and gave up phone. Now I can't access the email I've had forever!! That is STUPID!!

Please bring back the Filter option under the 3 dotted lines
The three dotted lines to the right of Spam you've removed Filter (practical)and added raw email (not practical, unless you're an IT person). Having the filter there makes it sooo much easier to organize instead of having to go the looooonnnnngggg way. If you can't just give people option to be able to stay with the old format.

How about a Select Some option with more control over how many months/emails it went back.
If you're going to offer a Select All function, then make it Select All, however often we don't really want to Select All, we want control over how far back we go, or how many messages we're dealing with. It would be much better to add functionality (like Gmail) that allows you to work by Month, by page, number of emails, or to truly select all based on the criteria (read, unread, etc) that you specify. My account keeps getting hacking and sending out inappropriate emails to business contacts. So, for starters, UPGRADE YOUR PRIVACY. I have done everything on my end to make it as secure as possible. I can't even log in without accepting on my cellphone. Yet, here we are. NOTHING. I'm considering canceling this email all together and I have had it for over a decade.
