By putting a section right in front for urgent, that you can see as soon as you log into your email
If there is some way in the inbox to make the ones you give a star to also become bold/or you can make them bold once you read them so they stand out or better yet. Show with the inbox but up above the messages, you have an urgent area so you can put your email in that urgent area so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. And no don't want another folder that I can't seem to get to or forget. It needs to be above right in the emails. Making just the stars. Only gives me an…

Message receipt
A receipt or notification that a sent email was received and opened. Every email provider I used in the past offered this with a simple click before you send. Is this offered at Yahoo?

In the last few weeks it seems like Yahoo.com is deleting mail that I need to keep. That isn't helpful.
Yahoo needs to stop deleting emails automatically. It seems to do it by checking emails that I have not checked and then deleting them. This needs to stop as I need to retain emails that Yahoo has deleted.

Fix the Spam filter please
Your previous Spam trap used to catch everything just about and I never had to worry. I now get a dozen bitcoin traders or competition winners a day. Please just restore the old Spam Filter which worked brilliantly for years.

May as well get rid of the "not spam" button, it's useless. How many times do I have to tell Yahoo an address is NOT spam before they stop putting it in the spam folder? And if you're going to continue doing this, TELL ME WHEN THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE SPAM FOLDER SO I'LL LOOK!!

Allow cumulative voting on new features
I just now discovered the need for multiple signatures. I would have voted for it, but all of the previous suggestions for this feature have been closed. If you expect to generate new revenues from new clients, you should keep the voting open indefinitely. If you need to report on votes periodically, create a mechanism to allow you to do so.

Mining my data
There is an idea, but you closed it, so I guess I'll have to get a different service for my personal business. I appreciate that you think you're helping, but you made it clear you mine my data. You read my emails without my permission and then use that to provide information. I value my privacy more than that and find your actions to be invasions of privacy. You do you. I'll do me.

I got a Yahoo! email address because I was led to believe by information on the web that I would be able to have aliases, i.e. disposable addresses. This feature appears to have been removed. This greatly diminishes the usefulness of an email account.

STOP SHOVING DEMOCRAT POLITICS ADS DOWN MY THROAT
I am NOT a democrat and I prefer to not see anything related to politics. There is no reason why an ad and a photo of Biden should take my space. An ad that claims "thanks to me" they achieved something.
Please keep the politics stuff out of my sight.
