By putting a section right in front for urgent, that you can see as soon as you log into your email
If there is some way in the inbox to make the ones you give a star to also become bold/or you can make them bold once you read them so they stand out or better yet. Show with the inbox but up above the messages, you have an urgent area so you can put your email in that urgent area so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle. And no don't want another folder that I can't seem to get to or forget. It needs to be above right in the emails. Making just the stars. Only gives me an idea they are important but basically it could be something interesting if I have time then I can. But, I miss out on bills, jury service, etc.
