    This error signals a deactivated account. There are many reasons an account may be deactivated. Among them would be inactivity, a violation of our terms of service, a request by the account owner, etc.

  3. I cannot access my email. The login screen sends verifications to my email addresses. But mail.com email doesnt receive the code

    I cannot access my email. I selected fogotten password option. The login screen sends verifications to my email addresses as I have included 2 step verification. In that I have included 2 email addresses: one is yahoo.com one, and the other one is mail.com one. Though the yahoo.com one receive the verification code, the mail.com email doesnt receive any code. So I cannot proceed with the log in. Is there any way to access. I think I have included security questions when I created the email, but they don't ask any

  5. Sending emails to spam

    Sending emails to spam, that are very clearly not spam. Emails from senders that I replied to on more than one occasion.

  7. preview

    Not able to see preview of attachments in mails. Please let me know if there is any work aroundfor fixture. I remove the Anti virus and ran updates for Chrome and still got the same error. Only option is to download the file and open it so will be able to know the content. Please suggest.

  10. Remove yahoo app ads and offer free customer support

    I'm absolutely disgusted there is no way to actually provide feedback to Yahoo about their products. I have had yahoo mail for over 23 years and I'm about to cancel every single account I have with them. It is LUDICROUS to have to pay $5 to have access to help when often the issues with Yahoo are Yahoo based issues. I am not going to pay money to fix problems that I did not create. I understand the company is trying to stay afloat while competing with Google but this is beyond ridiculous. I honestly only tried to look for…

  13. Select All Squares With The Image

    I can't select the proper images for verification as the images are not in a single square, therefore I was forced to log in with mobile number verification. I pressed the skip or refresh buttons so many times but the outcome is still the same, let's say select the image with motorcycle, the image of motorcycle is not in a square but more than 4 squares, after selected came with a failed consequence. This is a big trouble to me every time when I log in to the mailbox.

  15. payment not possible for ad free mail

    payment system towards ad free mail is biased for u s residents . trying to pay but sometimes it happens by chance , now i authorized and also paid 65 rupees per month by google play but it is not showing ad free email .kindly help

  16. Yahoo Help Central keeps looping

    The help central page keeps looping to the beginning at choose product page after selecting option at step 2 when click on Contact A Yahoo Specialist.

    Not sure anyone facing the same error. I tried to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on desktop computer or phone also the same.

  19. by fixing it so that I can receive e-transfer notifications in my email. They no longer come through

    I can no longer receive e-transfer notifications in my email, is this a tactic imposed by Yahoo to force us to switch to an updated paid account? If so, I will find an alternative to using e-transfer.
