Deleting email that you don't check.
Yahoo basic deletes emails that you don't want to delete.

Hi there, this is not true. There must be a bug and we'd love to get more info. Are the emails missing? Have you tried searching for them in the Search box? Also, are the emails on your mobile web version? We assure you we don't automatically delete emails unless they are in the Trash folder. That folder gets emptied every few weeks. Thanks.

Yahoo deletes emails that are NOT checked to delete.
