    I have tried clicking on the button, "Just give me back my old email" 5 time now and it won't return me to my old email!

    IT is making me super mad for a number of obvious reasons. I have even signed out of the new email several times and I cannot get my OLD email back.

    This is a very sorry way to treat your customers. I pay for premium email service and I am getting terrible service. I definitely recommend that NO ONE try the new email format!!

    The new format isn't as good as the old format. One of the biggest reasons is that it doesn't have a tab to open my address book. I tried the new format a long time back and there were several features that were missing or didn't properly. Right now your button that takes me back to the old email doesn't even work! I have tried it once already and it kept the new format which just doesn't work as good as the old format!!!

    I'm too lazy - so far - to change from Yahoo

    I at least want the old email back

    I tried the new yahoo, before,n and hated it. Now I got it put on me and I can't revert back! Please
    give back the old yahoo!

    I like it the old way which is why I never changed to the new format. Please return it to the way it was!!!!!!!

    Don't like it. It is fuzzy looking and has even more ads than the first one.

    This new format is horrendous and unasked for. Please, for the love of god, let us revert to clear, uncluttered, ungimmicky previous format!
