How can we improve New Mail?

DOES NOT WORK
I want my old E mail back. I am not receiving messages unless I sign off and back on. i had to turn the computer off and on again to get the e mails loaded. I want the old e mail back, I was forced to go the the new one and DOES NOT WORK!!!
