Please provide free assistance through chat, email but not through Customers Care in Twitter. They cannot help and just repeat the same script over and over.
The self-service help center is terrible. I had an awful experience with it.
Please take care of your customers. There another free mail providers that efficient and provide more assistance to their customers. I have a microsoft mail account for more than 20 years and never experience what I went through with Yahoo, without having access to my account for 24hs and no one could help recover it.6th ranked

Sort out this error page when signing out: it says:
Situation: User (e.g. me) wants to add 2FA to account for better security.
What user do: goto account security, add 2FA, got QR code, scan this QR code with FreeOTP, add a security, user is happy.
What happens really: goto account security, add 2FA, got QR code, scan this QR code with FreeOTP, QR code is inverted and unreadable by app, 2FA doesn't adding, user little sad.
