  2. Sent Folder Broken - Auto Deleting Old Emails and New Sent Emails Don't Show Up

    Sent Folder is Broken, Noticed that all my emails from 2014 - Now (2023) were deleted. I had been viewing on mobile so I thought maybe I changed the settings to show the oldest first. Not the case. AND Any NEW EMAILS I write and send, DO NOT show up in the sent folder.

  4. not receiving verification code emails yahoo mail

    Not receiving verification code emails yahoo mail. This started when Cox changed to Yahoo mail server. Doing a web search for "not receiving verification code emails yahoo mail" will find a few matches, but this is a specific one that describes the problem:

    To clarify, those verification | authentication emails were working fine with Cox email server, but are now failing with Yahoo mail server.

  5. Why can't I see my full Inbox? Smart Features in the way

    When I click on Inbox, instead of my full inbox, I get the following message:
    "Enable smart features to find all your attachments organized in one place. Your information won't be shared with 3rd parties."

    I do not want to share any more data than I need to, and I'd like this message to go away.

    Now, I'm only able to look at Unread, Starred, Drafts, Sent, Archive, Spam, and Trash --- not my full inbox.

  6. "To:" searches should work similar to "From:" searches. THEY DON'T. For example...

    The "To:" search is broken. It should work very much like the "From:" search, but it doesn't. For example:

    Let's say I have been emailing, Back AND Forth, with JoeSmith@corboy.com.

    If I search for "From:corboy", the results DO correctly show some of the emails.

    If I search for "To:corboy", the results are Incorrectly empty.

    If that isn't and error, then it is certainly a weakness.

    I am a Yahoo Mail+ subscriber, so I am also surprised that your email searches don't allow the use of wildcard symbols.

  7. need help for recovery email singapore

    Hi, I tried to update my contact for the recovery email but it keep state that VOIP not support when I press submit, but my mobile number start from 8 and I am from SG. Is that anyway can help?

  9. Search Feature Only Finding Sent Emails

    I've finally reached the point of desperation to post on the forum. I have not been able to find emails on Yahoo for a couple of years now. EVERY time I search for an email, even one that is blatantly right there in my inbox (when I tested the severity of the problem), and I type the sender's name in search for "All Mailboxes", I will only ever get the emails I have sent to this person. I've had to ask clients multiple times to resend me files and contracts because Yahoo has lost all of their emails. What is…

  10. inbox isn't displaying properly

    When sorting my inbox by sender, scrolling from top down, each email/row is getting jumbled, or emails/tows are skipped, not highlighted. I have tried in Chrome and Edge with no difference in either browser. I've done this before with thousands of emails in my inbox, at the moment, I only have 600.

  11. Timestamps on scheduled emails are wrong. For example, I

    Timestamps on scheduled emails are wrong. For example, If I schedule an email on Sep 13 at 11 to be sent on Sep 14 at 14:00, when the email is sent, it shows date & time of Sep 13 instead of Sep 14.

    After delivery of emails, scheduled emails are showing date and time when these emails were scheduled. If I schedule an email to be sent after 10 days, it will show timestamp of 10 days before when email is actually delivered.

    Further, the web interface does not have scheduling feature. Enable for web interface as well.
