No Hebrew support, horrible theme colors, have no control over how sent email will look
Hebrew keeps switching to wrong side of the screen.
No truly black theme and my eyes hurt from your white backgrounds!
When i force an outside black theme on the whole browser (google chrome) the email colors some of the text with a black highlight that makes them unreadable!
My laptop's screen is not too big, and still the whole top section of the email web page is taken by a silly huge never used search line! Make it smaller or hidden in the side! Give more space to see the mails!
When I send an email that looked fine while composing, the email received by my recipients is messed up, with random spaces between lines, random sizes in font, right to left text the wrong way and visa versa!

I like that you have an "Outlook" like view of the email contents while watching the inbox contents, side to side, but other than this, i don't see any advantage and only problems that gmail doesn't have!
I detest monopolies, but maybe they become that for a reason, and the reason is not changing the colors every 6 months, but fixing the problems that are here for years!
