How can we improve New Mail?

Return to my old format..this new format does not work at all for me pleaseeee!! stop changing my mail format please stop!!!

return to the old format.. this new format is not good..why you changed it/// it is obsolete.. i really hate it...now i can't see my older emails.. the settings icon is frozen. i can't even see my favorites.it is just awful...please give option to put old format...it is terrible this new format...TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The option to switch back to classic Yahoo Mail is available to all. Please check out this help page explains how to switch back:

    I am trying to switch back to Classic Mail. I have no drop down bar #3 & 4 to complete the change back Is there another way?

    They have instructions on how to switch back, but they don't work. Let's leave yahoo people!

    I agree, please give me back my old email... Don't like the new format and way too slow. It appears a lot of customers feel the same way, so the sooner you return it to the old email, the better or you will lose customers.

    Do you actually read these feedbacks? Looks like 99% of them want the old format back....why ask for feedback if you are going to ignore it??
