Please return to the format from roughly 2007 and focus your efforts on debugging, rather than offering a 'new look' every so often
Yahoo mail was perfectly functional 10+ years ago. Since then very few useful features have been added, such as Search, but many counter-productive features have been added, like shortcuts that one triggers unintentionally; and there is no value to periodically moving things around or changing the color scheme. There would be actual value in sticking with a format and keeping it bug free.
