Impossible to Change password!!!
Your Change password link allows for no successful link by which one may change a password that has been forgotten. The link provided by the Yahoo Administrator does not result in a successful password change. Rather this link provides a two-step authentication of the user and not offering a password change resolution. Please send a proper link ASAP.
The email Settings or Menu is also clearly lacking in a simple password reset option and this is a fatal flaw in user experience. Please rectify this ASAP.
Then please send a proper link to remedy my chronic situation.
