I HATE that you forced me to change my inbox. Please return to my old format
dont force the change, I dont want it and it looks like others dont either
Quit Right !
Why should yahoo hold a gun to our heads and say we MUST EXCEPT new yahoo mail account
I don't know any other company who can just DEMAND the customer has to do this.
I now have to go to my email then click the newest email ( so I have to go to 2 pages just to get my emails unless of course I do exactly what they want and pay a further £3.40 a month to get an email that doesn't have half a page of adverts even though I already pay £1 a month to stop adverts. DISGUSTING work ethics from Yahoo.!

I agree with Angela and all other Yahoo users who are having difficulties with your latest arrangement. There are too many problems, and one of the worst is the constant flickering preventing the proper use of Yahoo Mail, and the difficulty sending photos with email..I could go on..the backrounds are quite hideous.
Please will you tell me how to change to the older version.

If it's not broken do not fix it. there was nothing wrong with the old layout of the old site. the overall layout of not only the mail but the entire sit is not great. it's too depressing. i do not understand why companies have to force change when it is not needed. Yahoo and Yahoo Mail were working and looking just fine until the change. Also bring back the Messenger darn it.
Well, looks like I'm being forced to switch to gmail permanently. I have had Yahoo for over a decade, I can't remember when I opened the account but I had it in 2004. I have been forced to "upgrade" a few times and each time it's less user friendly. Now I get to forward what I want to keep and lose the rest. Not what I wanted to do for thanksgiving weekend. Thanks for nothing Yahoo!
It was all terribly done. Having to search for contacts by first name is just plain stupid. Having the contact list down the right side of the page, stupid. Having to click on right hand of contacts when sending....stupid. Did you hire a bunch of monkey developers down there? Don't be like Microsoft; test things before you put out the Beta version! I am about to close my accounts with Yahoo, just go to Gmail, probably much better...
I do not want to have to keep learning and figuring out you thoughts.

I use an iPad, MacBook Pro and GalaxyS5 to read email. When I was on my phone it said to download the app. Now when I read mail on my laptop, amoung other annoyances, I can not read my list of mailboxes, they are truncated horizontally. Maybe if I spent an afternoon working on it, I could figure it out but I don't want to. This is probably fun for programers and software links but it is not how I want to spend my time. I think a lot of so-called software upgrades are more to give programers something to do than to improve the product.

Agreed! All is BAD!
-Unable to simply Copy & Paste an Email Address - ridiculous!
-When composing an Email - the Relating Email Addresses Do Not Pop Up!
-The 'Search' is basically WORTHLESS!
-When composing an email - and you enter an Email Address for your Customer - the email address does not even Highlight itself as an email!
We were FORCED to Change & PAY!!!!! For this Horrible SERVICE!

Oh, and I loathe the stupid, ridiculous letters applied to my contacts. I am a middle-aged business woman not a primary school kid. And the automatic system offering regularly used cc contacts doesn't work, it just throws up the three contacts I use most often, even though I NEVER use them in association. The original feature was useful, the current version doesn't work and hence it popping up is an utter nuisance.

I totally Igree. I hate the colours. I hate the minute print that is illegible unless I expand the page to 150%. I hate that the print is also so pale as to be illegible. The previous version was usable (and the one before that better still), but this one is unmitigatedly awful and I cannot understand why you keep "fixing" what isn't broke, and in this case turning a comfortable to use email system into something that is no pleasure at all to use

I found out, much to my surprise, that a lot of my e-mails got put in archive. I want to put the things I want into archive when I want to do so. I keep some old e-mails in m in box for my own reasons. How do I get it back under my control?????
