drop box difficulties
Dear yahoo
i have an drop box which was linked to my 'old classic' yahoo email address. Yahoo asked us if we wanted to update our email to the new version - i did and discovered I couldn't attach documents from my drop box account - despite all the unhelpful and incorrect advice you have given on your yahoo community website about how to resolve this issue so I have remained with the old classic yahoo email until recently Yahoo stated that I had to update my email with the new version. I have tried sending attachments again via drop box and again I am not able to link my drop box account with my new updated yahoo email account. I have researched into this again and I have now linked the apps in my drop box account with my yahoo email but i still can't send attachments via drop box. Can you advise? is the problem with yourself Yahoo? Do I need to shut down my drop box account and then open up another one?
