Why have you messed up Yahoo Basic?
On the previous version of Yahoo Basic I could use my various contact lists to send emails. That feature has disappeared on the current version of Yahoo Basic which means if I want to send an email to 10 people who were on a specific contact list I now have to scroll through my ENTIRE contact list which is hundreds of people. There is no reason why this feature had to be deleted from this version of Yahoo Basic except, of course, to force people to use the new Yahoo Mail. Well it won't work. Goodbye Yahoo, hello Gmail or some other friendlier email format.

In the old basic email you had the following that are now missing from new basic:
When adding a new contact email, you can no longer put them in a group.
When sending out a group email, you can no longer click on the group, you have to put a check mark on each person you wish to send out the email. VERY INCONVENIENT and incredibly time consuming!
Customization of signature is no longer available.
You can no longer add a seasonal frame/decor to your outgoing emails. (flowers, sayings like Happy Birthday, etc)
The arrows for moving up and down to got to next email, are missing (when you have an email open and you just want to go to the next one w/out deleting or moving it.
When reading an email, to get to another one, you have to click on "inbox", then on an email...it used to just go from one to another when you deleted it or moved it. VERY inconvenient!
I had my main page show 100 emails for every page, now it shows 25 and I can't locate where to put it back to 100.
I have over 200 folders, so to get to the bottom of an email when reading it, I'm FORCED to scroll and scroll to get to the bottom of the email since the framing of an email is now the full length of how many folders you have.
Old basic had the whole email right there to read AND to respond without looking for arrows to "reply", "reply all", or "forward". My folks can't figure this out and having it spell out those words at the bottom/top of the email made it easier for them, and me...most likely others too.I know we all hate change, but why take away other features that classic/basic email had and call it an upgrade? It's far from it if you have less tools to use then what was there before the change. Is Yahoo looking to send away customers? Please add these features into the new basic, or bring back classic...many people will not opt for the newer Yahoo (for a charge) so stockholders could be loosing money with this change. Time will tell...
Thank you
