WHY ON EARTH DID YOU REMOVE THE EDIT CONTACTS BUTTON?!! I don't want emails going to the WRONG email address because of duplicate names!! WHAT THE **** YAHOO?!!

    Definitely a trend exists among software developers: they have a penchant for restricting control by the user. If accessing contacts and editing them is possible, the feature is well hidden.

    Nice e-mail client except for access to and editing contacts, which seems to require knowledge of computer programming. Please fix it.

    After reading your directions I can't delete a contact. Absurd.

    How do you delete a contact or make change to email address for a contact?? Maybe and edit or delete would be a plus!!!!!!

    Add back users full account info options. As it currently stands, details are displayed that may be outdated or incorrect and cannot be changed because the prior menu options are gone. For example, a first name and last name can be changed but a middle name cannot be changed.

    I have mailing lists but cannot find how to modify, create or delete them with the format now, clearly show the option to display and edit them

    Have it so i can click on my contacts & there's a delete button there so i tick a box next to the contact & then hit delete which is right there easy to see... I don't want to have to spend 10minutes looking for how to delete or add a contact only to find that i have to give up trying & never being able to achieve these 2 simple tasks!
    Oh & here's another thing that grates on me, im already signed in & then i try to do something & it asks me to sign in when im already signed in! that is so annoying!!! & what just happened then is case & point! So here i am, signed in, i come in here to write this to you about contacts n how hard it is to do 2 simple things, then i go to hit send, & it tells me to sign in....................... im already signed in & if i wasn't i wldnt be able to be sitting here typing this msg to you! And this is the type of thing i mean, theres loads of stuff like this that should have been sorted out years ago!
    I look every where to be able to delete a contact & add anew one & i cant work out why its so hard! :/

    Please listen to your customers.....we are not happy, bring back the old format for the contact list.

    I do not know what Yahoo did to Contacts, but ALL of my information was stored in Yahoo Contacts. I can get to them but the format makes it almost impossible to read. I have searched and searched and I cannot find a way to edit. The instructions given do not correspond with what appears on my screen. I am going to import my contacts to gmail.

    The Contacts used to have the ability to "Edit". Whose stupid Idea was it to remove that feature? Or where did you hide the correct button? The "Edit" was "greyed out" so now any company contacts in positions cannot be changed to a new email when the person moves, etc.

    Why can't I edit my email contacts any more? Worse than useless if I can't do this - suppose someone changes their address or name what are we supposed to do - create new contacts all the time?

    I don't like the new format and do not like the way you force changes on us. Also I cannot add a new contact - WHY???

    How in the world can I edit a contact in my Contacts? I've tried everything. Why in the world would there not be an edit button. People move, get new email address or phone numbers. WHERE IS THE EDIT BUTTON in contacts????????????????????

    This new system is rubbish. Why the **** do you have to change a system that works perfectly well. Now I have to run through hundreds of contacts to find the one I'm looking for, and...How the **** do I edit their details? I've just spent 30 mins trying to find that out and still have on idea. Really Yahoo, this is absolute RUBBISH!

    Can't edit my Contacts

    I was okay with working on Contacts in a new tab. NOW, Contacts are listed to the right but offer no opportunity to edit a Contact. I can't add or change information. I can only click on the contact to open an email. NOT GOOD!
