How can we improve New Mail?

Outlook continually requires logging in now

Something changed recently with accessing Yahoo mail from outlook. Now I am continually hounded for a user name and password. It's no more secure than previously - may even be a little less secure. It is clogging up outlook and making a big nuisance of itself.

    I have searched for a way to have my emails show up in outlook, but can't figure out how. Some better instructions when you took over cox's emails would be helpful.

    I am unable to link yahoo mail to Outlook. Your help is non-existent and it is impossible to make contact with you.
    The instructions for app generated password lead to a broken link and the instructions are plain wrong.
    **** mail service and **** webpages. 1/10. Obviously doesn't give a toss about users.
