How can we improve New Mail?

I moved a CRITICAL LEGAL file from one folder to another and it disappeared. I am highly skilled with computers and know I did it right. I checked every folder I have and it is not in any of them. I am DESPEARTE to have this corrected!!!

    Hi Charles, have you done a search for the email? You can search in the search box instead of scrolling. Also, did you check your Archive, Spam or Trash folders? And last, do you have the app installed? Or the mobile web version, can you check there? Thanks!
