How can we improve New Mail?

Trash cannot be searched correctly

I want to find a deleted email from two months ago, but it is no longer found in the trash folder. The system says I have over 5 meg of data left, but only 45 emails. That cannot be correct.

    How can I find an email from 1 month ago that was deleted by mistake? Can my trash be left in there for more than 1 month?

    Hi Roger, thank you for your feedback. Yes, your Trash folder is automatically deleted after 7 days. So that 2 month old email, wouldn't be in the Trash folder anymore. If you do not want your emails permanently deleted, we recommend ARCHIVING! That way you can go back to those emails if needed. Thanks!
