    Repro steps:
    - Upload an image in dropbox.
    - Copy the preview url of that image and create a image element from that url. Highlight the element and then copy.
    - Paste it in yahoo mail compose
    - I can see the image, but when I send it, it becomes broken.

    Whenever I send an email, after a few minutes, it appears a second time in my sent items. So for every email I send, it appears twice in my sent items. Does anyone know why it is doing that. It is really odd.

  5. why are emails sending twice

    Every time I send an email for the last 2 weeks it sends it a second time . Can you please fix this. I have deleted all cookies and histories and it makes no difference.

  6. GIVE US CONTROL OVER THE STUPID POP-UP "Define Smart Name rule". IT WILL NOT REMEMBER MY PRIOR CLOSING OF THE POP-UP

    Your da*n pop-up "Define Smart Name rule" will not stop, covering much of the email contents - CLOSING IT DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE..

    GIVE US AN OPTION TO TURN IT OFF - YOUR "HELP" HAS NO USEFUL INFORMATION - AND THE "MORE SETTINGS" HAS NO ABILITY TO TURN IT OFF.

    IF WANT TO KEEP THE POS OPTION, MAKE IT A CHOICE AND GIVE ACCURATE "HELPs"

    THIS POS "TOOL" SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN HAVE BEEN FORCED ONTO US TODAY - 2019.10.14.

    GET RID OF IT - OR LET US TURN IT OFF!!

    I DO REALIZE THAT YOU NEVER RESPOND TO…

  7. Today 9-30-2019...My 2nd email off my main yahoo mail account has not received mail since June, 2019. Why?

  9. issue with sending email

    Hi, I cannot send email. I am replying to emails (from PC or mobile app), the error message is that we cannot send this message as its spam and contain links. Edit the message. There is no link in email reply but still its not sending messages. I tried almost 10 email id`s .. all messages are in my draft, nothing sent... Its urgent to send reply to the emails but not working.. No direct link to connect to yahoo.. yahoo chat option is worst... bad service and system..There should be a way to port email id from yahoo to…

    You need a contact line. I have tried to restore emails which seemed to a have all of a sudden disappeared and gives me an error message.

    Have tried to email yahoo, with no response.

    Why don't you at least have a chat line?

  15. "error message" "There was a problem! The recipient info doesn't seem quite right. Please look it over and try again."

    "The recipient list doesn't look quite right" is pretty vague, don't you think? Especially given that I sent emails to the same block of addresses yesterday with no problem whatsoever. So, how about including something helpful? If there is, in fact, a problem with one of the addesses, that is.

  16. Me again! Tried to contact Yahoo but online chat not available. It's 11.15am (are they all asleep?) Still can't copy pictures onto emails

    Can you post again how to get pictures to copy and paste onto emails. Does it on the screen but then doesn't send them! Ruining my business with my clients. Please just put the old mail system back or at least let us have it until you get the new one working properly. Hate the new mail.

  17. why can't I see emails or my respondent see mine

    I have been corresponding over the weekend with one respondent. We reckon that 50% of our emails have been received by the other. God knows where all the rest went.
    I note that most comments of this kind have not been responded to, and therefore can't expect a reply to this one. But I'm abandoning yahoo mail for the moment as it's too unreliable.

  18. auto-icon pop-ups on recipient addresses

    After entering recipient addresses in the new mail, this large box with a round icon with letters from the recipient's name pops up and blocks the letter-writing pane of the page. It's really distracting.
