If a URL shortening link is pasted in an email (i.e. bit.ly), the email is sent without user intervention, presumably when it tries to place the preview inline in the email, and the URL shortening link forwards.

email disappearing and pops to top of textbook when typing
My e-mail disappears from both my iPhone and iPad regularly (have to wait for it to reload) and I am also having trouble when typing an email that the text jumps, mid sentence, to the very top of my message and continues typing. This happens without any extra keys being touched or any explanation.

Yahoo is resolving my "Send To" name incorrectly. Contacted support but they offered nothing other than this forum.
When I compose an email my address resolves to something other than my name. Any ideas?

After typing an email address in the "to" section, YMail allows to hover over...to see the SAME info? Could you put functionality in there? Maybe like a help icon...or an edit card icon...or something that would be helpful? I was trying to edit someone's name, but I had to go back into classic mode, then adjust/edit from there. Only after researching online, then trying to find the link to go back to classic mode, because scrolling isn't available in the settings mode.

Can Yahoo designers set a web site feel
Can Yahoo, make a template for the conversation plain (where we type our messages), so it can take on a website look. It will work for cash strapped professionals, creatives, or business people who want to achieve a presentation when sending information about themselves. Resumes, links to facebook, google drive, laying out photos, even how we can layout the page as a journal....can this happen

When I type in the address to send to, after hitting tab to start the message, a box stays open identifying the addressee, hiding the cursor at the beginning of the message. Very annoying. If the box popped up above the address line, it wouldn't hide the beginning of the message. Or just make it disappear as soon as you tab out of the address line, please.

Gremlin
I have a Gremlin inhabiting my computer. He/she takes great pleasure in moving my cursor around while I am typing an email message. Sometimes the cursor moves up to the address box. Other times it jumps back up to the beginning of the email body. And it also can do a disappearing act. When it does that I cannot find and recover what I typed since it jumped. The other times I can cut and paste my moved copy back into the message. But I have to tell you that it is irritating. My wife says I am starting to…
