  2. My email contacts are not working. Error code 99999. It says too refresh email. How do you refresh?

    I don't have an idea. I have a problem, cannot get into "Contacts". Error code 99999. It says to refresh the email. How do you "Refresh" the email. I cannot find the button or indicator to "Refresh".

  5. Why is it so hard to get to my contacts in the new format?

    It sends me to the old format, hangs for a while and suggests that I try the new (which I have been using). Have you just given up, Yahoo? I know it's an old system but I like it and all my friends have this email address. Please fix the user experience so that I can continue to use it or I'll be forced to go to Gmail with all the cool kids.

  6. Do not like getting messages to activate or deactivate from Yahoo! Very suspicious! Calims to prevent my e-mail from coming and going?

    Does not allow me to get to my contacts. Leave well enough alone!

  7. error message

    I keep getting a message one click to upgrade. I click it and nothing happens. All my ad blockers have been disabled and I restarted my PC. I am trying to access my contact list and it gives me an error saying
    "There's been a technical error

    Refresh Yahoo Mail and try again after some time. If the problem persists, visit our help page to find out ways to troubleshoot. Error code: -99999". This is driving me crazy. I'm stuck in this loop and I don't know what to do. So no mail upgrade and no access of my contact…

  8. Contacts should not be so hard to find and use. Opens up a new window now that goes back to old email format. Don't like it.

    Make the contacts a part of the new format, instead of opening up yet another tab.

  14. where are the contacts

    Now instead of looking for CONTACTS I'm looking ...and not finding.... the icon on the upper right side(quote from Yahoo help....less). A useful piece of information would be WHAT THE ICON LOOKS LIKE!!! There are a few icons top right and none that I have looked at give me CONTACTS.... such a poor change of format
