  2. Emails coming from a trusted sender is always being moved to SPAM despite me marking them as "NOT a SPAM". How do I corretct this?

    I am constantly receiving an email from an established sender (family) and it always goes to my inbox before. Recently (like around 3 weeks ago) it now automatically goes to my Spam. I've marked it as "NOT A SPAM" multiple times so it can go to my inbox but to no avail. Any ideas or help to fix this?

  3. Ungrouping grouped conversations but still keeping email chains from individuals would be so helpful

    Being able to separate out conversations after sending an email to multiple customers would be extremely helpful. As it is now, when someone replies to a blast email I send, ALL of the conversations from ALL customers are all kept in one email which makes it impossible to see all individual conversations and keep them organized.

  4. Filtering emails

    1) Keyword search captures unrelated emails, making the function less useful.

    2) Recommend implementing filters for search, such as Sender, Receiver, Subject, Date Received, etc. For instance, enhancing the ability to click on the Receiver Name to view all email threads from that contact. These improvements aim to enhance search efficiency.

    I don't know why you broke up MY mail into categories YOU "THINK" they belong in but it sucks please return it to the way it was!!!!!

  7. Is there anyway that you can make the reply area be in black, I have a real problem with my eyes with the brightness.

  8. Can't Read message in email

    I can't find new messages sent to me in the new version of email. When I did stumble across them, I can't read them. There is no message printed on the screen. I know there is a message, because I can see it on my phone.

    In the Old version, I can find my emails, but I still can't read the messages left for me. Please fix this problem

  10. Yahoo deleted some important emails and restore request didn't get them

    Had about 6 important emails that just suddenly vanished from inbox. A restore request only brought back emails I intentionally deleted, not the ones that vanished unexpectedly. No way to get customer support unless I pay for it. Underscores fact that with a free product, you are on your own. backup everything important DAILY.

  11. Separate messages in a conversation

    Messages in a conversation should be able to be deleted individually.
    This is especially important when Yahoo mistakenly puts messages together in one conversation that do not belong together.

  13. OLD DELETED EMAILS

    YAHOO stole our personal informations stored in old emal boxes. I am sure that YAHOO kept our old emails in a secret locations because they are very precius informations and could be used against us. Our old emailboxes were not destroyed.I signed in in 2020 after 3 years of inactivity and I noticed that all my old emails from 2005 to 2020 were deleted. That`s a theft. YAHOO must be sued to bring back our personal precious memories stored in our deleted mailboxes. When someone was in a 2 years coma after a car accident and want to sign in…

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. That sounds familiar. Yahoo may at times enforce a login wait to help ensure account security and privacy. There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

  19. How come I cannot sort email by sender?

    I do not have the option to sort emails via SENDER or by SUBJECT. Other people with yahoo email accounts can, how come I cannot??
