cannot access it TRY AGAIN in ONE HOUR!!! ..OUTRAGEOUS! At a kiosk, needed to print my docs (for security reasons?? How about a simple TEXT!? Or using the recovery email!) ONE HOUR??? i HAD TO GO TO WORK! COULDN'T TRY AGAIN IN AN HOUR!!!!!

There's no way for us to bypass this in the contact center, so we recommend waiting the prescribed amount of time. It's usually fairly short and you can then try logging in again.
